Your use of the our website and purchase of the products from it means that you do agree to these terms and conditions.
- All prices are shown in Philippine Peso (₱). Prices do not include shipping fees.
- We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. While we always try to ensure the prices are accurate, errors may occur. If you have placed an order for an item for which the price is listed incorrectly, we will notify you as soon as possible using your supplied contact details. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we do cancel your order, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
- Shipping fees are added to your order upon checkout. Shipping fees are calculated either by the weight or size of the product.
- You must pay for your order before it is shipped. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed.
- Payments can be made either thru PayPal, GCash, BPI bank transfer or credit card (Visa and MasterCard). If you prefer other methods of payment, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- You don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay using PayPal. Same thing, if you have a credit card, you can pay via PayPal even without an account. Just select the PayPal guest option to pay.
- For offline payments (BPI and GCash), you need to inform us once payment has been made. As proof of payment, please send us a copy of your deposit slip or remittance advice together with your order number for our confirmation.
- We try to keep our shop as updated as possible but we cannot guarantee the products will always be available.
- If it happens an item goes out of stock after you ordered or have paid, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order.
- We will give you the option of a refund, a store credit for future purchases or a replacement of another item of your choice at the same price.
- Orders are shipped out 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.
- We ship Monday to Friday only. Please allow 1-2 working days delivery time for Metro Manila and 3-4 working days for provincial orders, excluding holidays and weekends.
- For Metro Manila orders, we ship thru Xend and for provincial orders. we ship either thru LBC or 2Go, Xend’s offical partners.
- For international orders, we ship via EMS.
- Delivery is via third party couriers. Thus, we are unable to control their delivery time.
- While we strive to make sure your orders get to you on time, we will not be liable for any delays once we have shipped your order.
- If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will try remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Returns + Exchanges:
- Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- We want you to be happy with your order. Sometimes, however, we do make mistakes and if something arrives broken, mixed up, or just plain wrong, please contact us and we will gladly do our best to resolve any concerns you may have.
- Refunds are only done on a case-by-case basis.
- A refund is not always guaranteed unless something is wrong with the item purchased or is unavailable.
- To check if you can avail of a refund, please contact us as soon as you received your order.
Damages + Defects:
- We take great care in making sure your order is checked and shipped in good condition.
- Sometimes, however, we do make mistakes and if something arrives broken, please contact us and we will resolve any concerns you may have.
- At times also, some things happen beyond our control during transit and you receive a damaged item. Damaged items will be completely refunded, or re-sent, depending on the situation, upon proof of damage during their transportation, at no cost to you.
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and inform us as soon as you notice any damage or defect.
- We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to guarantee that product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
- Our website contains links to external websites. These are not under our control and are not maintained by us. The links are provided are for your convenience only and we are not responsible for the content.
- Due to differences in monitor settings, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. If you feel any dissatisfaction with your order, please contact us so we can assist you.
- We only collect information that we need to complete your order. This includes your billing/shipping address and email address. Anything else such as your account name and password are known only to you. Any information you submit to us is kept confidential. We do not sell or give this information to anyone for any reason.
- We do not collect any credit card data. All online payments go through Paypal which provide top of the line online security features including encryption.
- We want you to enjoy your shopping without worrying about anything else. That’s why, we make sure your payment is as secure as possible.
- For online payments (PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard), all payments are processed thru PayPal, a secure website, during the checkout process. Any information you enter (your credit card number) are sent thru a secure website. At no point do we have access to any of your information.
- For offline payments (BPI and GCash), we will not be asking for any of your details. Our details will be sent to you upon placing your order for your reference. All we require is proof of payment such as a scanned copy of deposit slip and/or a reference number (GCash) to confirm your payment. Please also include the order number and date of payment for fast confirmation.
