Is shopping safe here?

Yes and yes. We wouldn’t be a Trusted Seller at Multiply or a PowerSeller at eBay if we are not for real.
Rest assured all private details are only used for fulfilling your order and nothing more. Or in case of payment details (like your PayPal account), all info are processed by a secure system so nobody but them knows your info. Not even us. Promise.

 

I like your products. Do you have a “real” store where I can check them out?

We are flattered but no, we don’t have a store. We live completely in the online world.

How do I order?

Note: You don’t need to have an account to order. Just select Guest Checkout to complete your order.

 

 

What is the status of my order?

  • To check on the status of your order, just go to this section Track Your Order and enter your Order Number and email address.
  • At the same time, you will be also receiving updates from us thru your email. So check your Inbox regularly for any news from us.
  • Not getting any updates? Our emails might have gotten lost in your Spam folder so please check your Spam folder also and add us as your contact.

 
You will see any of these statuses as your order progresses:

Pending
Order received but unpaid
On-Hold
Order received and awaiting payment (We will be confirming if payment has been made.)
Failed
Payment failed or was declined (unpaid)
Processing
Payment received and order is awaiting shipment
Completed
Order shipped and complete
Cancelled
Order cancelled either by us or by you
Refunded
Order refunded

We ship your orders within 1-2 working days after payment is received. After your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

 

Can I change my order?

  • Change your mind? Please contact us immediately.
  • You can change your order as long as your item hasn’t been shipped. Otherwise, returns and exchanges policy applied.

How do I pay?

  • We accept payments thru BPI, G-Cash, PayPal or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
  • If you prefer to pay thru other means (LBC, Cebuana Lhuiller, M Lhuiller, Western Union, etc.), please contact us for details.

 

How do I pay by credit card?

  • PS. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.
  • It’s as easy as a pie.
  • Upon checkout, choose PayPal as your preferred payment option.
  • Click ‘Place Your Order’. Don’t forget to check on our Terms and Conditions before you do.
  • From there, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to enter your credit card details. Don’t worry, it’s safe to do so.
  • Check if the total amount is correct.
  • Either sign in to your PayPal or sign in as Guest for credit card holders.
  • After confirming your payment and credit card info, you will be taken back to our site for your order confirmation.

 

How do I pay by BPI?

  • No need to have a BPI account to pay. You’ll only need to pay via Bank Deposit.
  • Upon placing your order, you’ll be provided with our bank details. Make sure to jot down these info so you can easily make your payment. You can then go to any branch of BPI to make your deposit.

How do I pay via GCash?

  • There are two ways to pay via GCash. You can pay whether you have or don’t have a GCash account. Upon checkout, instructions and details of payment will be emailed to you.

For those without GCash account:

  • Go to any Globe Business Center or Authorized GCash outlet who accepts Cash-In Transactions.
  • Fill up the form with our details (name, GCash number and address) along with the payment amount.
  • Present your ID and the form to the cashier to complete payment.
  • TIP: Not sure if there are any GCash outlets near you? Find them by sending a text message. Text FIND GCASH and send to 7000.

For those with GCash account:

  • Just go to the Globe Services menu in your SIM card.
  • Click on Postpaid or Prepaid Services > GCASH > Send GCASH.
  • Enter amount and our GCash number.
  • Please also include in the message your Order Number and Name so we can immediately confirm payment.
  • Just follow them and make sure to email us or text us at 0917.520.7777 to inform us that you have paid. Note down the transaction reference number, your order number and date and amount of payment so it’ll be easier and faster for us to confirm your payment.

 

How will I know if payment was successful?

  • Don’t worry. We’ll be sending you an email confirming if payment has been received.
  • For BPI and GCash payments, make sure to email us or text us at 0917.520.7777 to inform us if payment has been made. That way, we can check immediately and confirm if payment has been received.
  • For BPI payments, please include a clear scanned copy or even just a picture of the deposit slip for verification.
  • For GCash, please include the reference number and amount paid so we can check easily.

Do you give discounts when I buy in bulk?

Yes, of course! If you wish order quantities greater than the wholesale quantity, please drop us a line so we can see how much discount we can give you.

 

Do you accept dropshipping/reselling?

Yes! We welcome dropshipping. Just please make sure that the shipping address is correct upon checkout and we’ll do the rest.

What should I do if I receive a wrong item?

If we made a mistake (accidents do happen!) and we got your order wrong, return shipping is on us. Please contact us within one week of receipt of item. Please make sure that the packaging is complete and in good condition.

How do you ship?

  • We ship Mondays to Fridays. We do not ship on weekends and on holidays.
  • We ship via Xend (www.xend.com.ph) for Metro Manila orders and LBC and 2Go (both thru Xend) for provincial orders.
  • For international orders, we use EMS (Express Mail Service).
  • Shipments will be sent to the address registered on your account.
  • Please make sure that the address is complete to avoid delays. It would also help if you provide landmarks and your contact number upon ordering. That way, it would be easier and faster for the courier to locate your address or contact you should there be any problems.

 

How much is the shipping?

  • The basic shipping fee is Php 70 for deliveries within Metro Manila and Php 110 for provincial deliveries.
  • For bulk items and bulk orders, shipping fee will depend on the size and weight of the items.

 

How do I track my order?

  • Easy. Shipping details will be sent to your email once item has been shipped.
  • Just log on to Xend’s website (www.xend.com.ph) to track your order.
  • Please note we ship Mondays to Fridays. We do not ship on weekends and on holidays.

 

When will I get my package?

  • Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after payment has been confirmed.
  • Transit time is 1-2 working days after item is shipped. For provincial deliveries, it takes 2-3 days.
  • For international orders, delivery takes about 3-7 business days after shipping.
  • For any delays, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in tracking for your package.

 

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we do. We use EMS for international shipping.
